using multiple date selecting criteria

Hi,

I want to establish a qlikview report to monitor my support tickets. in here i have

Created Date/Solve Date/Group/Priority etc.

I want to display number of tickets solve , number of tickets created in selected month in selection box.

So the problem i have is , some tickets created in one month and solve in another month. if i get crated month or solve month it ignore some data.

So please help me to solve this problem

The solution is not to link months related to differen dates but keep months, weeks and years separated
