Load statement help

Hello!

I am a new developer in Qlikview, and need the community's help with a load statement.  The attached Excel file is auto-generated by an app we use.  I need to load the data into Qlikview, but not sure how to do it since I have what amounts to a sub-header row, as well as some rows I don't need at all.  The first row is field names, with cell A1 being a unique customer ID.  Second row is data for those fields.  The third row I don't need.  Fourth row is the sub-header row with field names.  I need any data below that, whether I have one row of data or several.  I have marked in red the data/rows I don't need.  This will repeat, with each CustID starting a new group of data for a particular customer.  What I need to know is how I load the data since the rows with my field names are in two places for each customer?  I hope this makes sense, and I appreciate any help!

Hi,

Once you open the script of qlikview click on Table files from the below option and load your excel file. While loading it check all the options available in the File Wizard and see the result. This hands on would give you better understanding on loading the data.

Thanks for your reply Vinoth.  I'm pretty comfortable with a simple load statement when just my first row contains my field names.  In this case I have two different rows that contain filed names for each customer, and it is repeated hundreds of times.  That's the part that's my challenge.

Hi Nani,

In this case I have two different rows that contain filed names for each customer, and it is repeated hundreds of times.  I have three different excel files that I would need to do that for, so I was looking for an automated way to do it by the load script.
