what analysis did you aplly in your work? Tell me your IDEAS

I am currently working in a pharmaceutical company as a developer of QV and SAP.
We have hundreds of applications in QV, and I like to innovate with some ideas, I mean as Forecast analysis, OTIF, etc.

We have many Areas like: Production, MKT, RRHH, IT, IDI, Quality, Maintenance, Comerce, Sales, Trade, etc

I'd like to hear some ideas from you all, and what currently applied in your daily work, so I (and everyone) could investigate on my own how to apply this ideas in my work.
