when i change dimension from Summary to Desc sort from hi ti lo not work

Hi All

I have a pivot table , it able to sort from hi to lo for 2015 column.

But when i change my dimension from Summary to Desc , the sort does not work.

Hope some one can advise me how to make it work for both ?

actauly it;s soring from hi to lo when u selecte even step2 but wht happeing here is ur getting some additional records with null values.

so u don't want those records in ur report? or u want to see those are in bottom on ur report?

I know what you mean , i need those missing value move to below . May i know how to make those missing value appear at bottom ?

can u try,the source column (i think so amount here) values place as zero in ur load script when the value is not available.
