Custom pop up showing data for particular dimension while hovering over single bars

Hi folks,

I have been asked to create a pop up showing the breakdown of values for a certain dimension when user hovers over each individual bars in a barchart.

Below are screenshots of both the chart and the expression I used to create the pop up.

Essentially, my chart should display the breakdown of Out of Scope, On Commission, No Risk Assessment, etc for USA, UK, and Germany separately when user hovers over them. At the moment the values shown in the pop up are calculated values across all countries.

What should I do differently to achieve this?

Remove all the TOTAL's from the sum functions.
