Expression failing on reopen for Max Visible Number (1 - 100)

Hi all.

The Max Visible Number (1 - 100) in my stacked bar chart contains the expression: =NumberValue

If I close the document and reopen The Max Visible Number (1 - 100) expression suddenly reads 195898285 and the sort expression on my dimension also disappears.

Can anyone advise as to why this is happening?

The number of segments retuned in my stacked bar charts is controlled by a list box (which is itself driven by the field NumberValue).

Strange behaviour ...

Did you try using =$(NumberValue) instead of =NumberValue (although I don't think this should make a difference in the place you're using this).

Thanks for the suggestion A Fuchten but =$(NumberValue) doesn't work at all.

As for strange behaviour…

I have 3 charts of these charts on 3 separate sheets - the charts are all driven from the same data/list boxes. The problem is intermittent and effects between 1 and all 3 of the charts each time the document is reopened. The one constant is that all 3 charts fail eventually.

It's pretty annoying!
