Qlikmaps: How to remove print map, reset maps icons

Hi,

Using Extension -  Qlik Maps 2.1 (QlikMaps_For_MQ_Points), Qlikview 11.20 SR5

I don't see a setting to remove print map, reset maps icons that appear on the top right of a map.

Does any one know how to? Attached is screenshot of the same
