Services Status not able to Start/Stop

Hi everyone,

Actually Qlikview server got installed but not able to open through the browser in order to enter the license key.

Then i noticed all the services they are not running and tried to start them.

Not able to start/stop the services 

Can any one suggest me the problem where i need to make changes

Thanks a lot for your support

Problem is with version, after contacting the qlik support i came to know the license key is valid up to  11.20 SR1

so by installing 11.20 SR1 then able to achieve this

Without license, I guess the services might not start. Have you tried opening the QMC and applying license information there?

Yes ... tried applying license then the page not loaded QMC

ckecked services status and they are not in running status.

I have a Question for you ... can we install any of the setup version for qlikview server

because some thing similar in case of license key applying to the desktop OEM key earlier where key supports 11.2 and I'm trying to apply for 12

but later i came to know from  my manager that key is for version 11.2 and will not support above that

I haven't very recently installed qv server. However, it sounds weird that - license is version dependent. That should not be the case, at least I haven't come across such scenario so far.

For OEM license key particularly this is my personal experience

After restarting the machine as well the same issue like above shared screen with services not able to perform start/restart
