I need to exclude values from the field RTC_Status with 'Cancelled', 'Closed', 'Resolved'. I have attached the set analysis used but it shows a red line in the set analysis. Can anybody explain if my syntax is incorrect and why does it show a red line?
I think you don't have to worry about this. That is just expression editor saying that it doesn't understand the syntax. Have you tried clicking ok to see if you see a result or not?
