compare value based on the count _need to create bar chart

C	20	30
D	20	40
E	30	10

I need to compare the Field 1 & field 2 Value counts

Eg if Field 1 have value 10, 2 time

20 value 2 times.

Field 2 40 value 2 times

Then need to create chart with compare Filed 1 & Field 2 Count values

Could you please help me to write the expressions based on this
