my application is taking more than 3 hours to load ,

but after loading ,the size of application is reduced from 4gb to a slight 2.5 to 3 gb,so will it be called an optized application?

If you followed Optimization techniques in proper way and your application size decrease 4gb to 3 gb then it is optized application ...

Please check again in your application where you can do more optimization.
