An error occured on Rest end point call

I am getting the error message "As Error Occured on Rest endpoint call"

Can you explain the issue a bit more

Where do you see this message? What operation are you doing?

Hi Maria,

 We got this message whenever we opened any application, even  the Monitoring App. We found out the ID which runs all the services had an expired password. Once we updated the password we were fine.
