Mapping of SAP CRM data/columns to Salesforce data

Hi,

I need to integrate data of SAP CRM and Salesforce together in qlikview. Can somebody plz suggest me how to proceed with this...starting from making connection between the 2 database then to data/column mapping of SAP to SFDC to integration to final report in qlikview?
