MongoDB connection help

Hello -

I'm trying to use the MongoDB connection and am having trouble. Our Mongo admin has been less than helpful and I'm completely new to this.

I have installed the ODBC connection package, I'm using QlikView May 2022 SR2.  I can connect using Compass.

A couple of questions to hopefully get me going.

1- Do I have to create an ODBC data source as well as install the connector?

2- Is there a specific format that I need to use for the Server name?

3- Any other specific help I should get from the admin?

Have you reviewed the Qlik Connectors Help entry for ODBC Connector > MongoDB? The Create a MongoDB Connection section should have the information you need.
