kerberos authentication to connect to IMPALA from Qlikview

Hi Team,
We have requirement to connect to IMPALA from qlikview.
Step 1 . For this i have installed latest Cloudera ODBC IMPALA drive.
Step 2: provided details like the host name port number.

But got stuck at authentication mechanism, in our project Kerberos authentication is the only possible option.
But from qlikview how to use kerberos authentication is the blocker i have now.
Need some help to understand is there some option or step to be followed from qlikview side to use this kerberos authentication mechanism.

Thanks,

Abhilash N

Hi @nagarajuabhi,

Have a look at Qlik Support article Unable to connect to Cloudera Impala using the QVOdbcConnectorPackage Connector with Kerberos as it may answer your questions.

Hi Chip,

Now able to access the link,  just giving all the deatils on the drive should connect as in the article.
I was assuming the we need to do some extract setup from qlik server side for keberos authentication .
Will try as in the article and see.
Thank You 🙂
