Value list in Pivot table

So, here is my issue.

Please open the attached file named Test. If you see the table in the file,

1. all I want to list "Hire" and "Apllicant" into one column.

Or

2. put the dimension named "App & Hire" to horizontal way. (I really need to learn this for later use)

Can anyone please teach me how I can do those two?

Hi,

Check the attached file.

You need to switch the object to pivot table so you can drag the dimension horizontally.

Then you'll need only 1 expression instead of 2 where you assign the expression depending on the valuelist.
