Error "No connection" while opening doc in Access Point

Hi All,

I am getting an error message "No Connection" while opening the document in Access Point both in DMS & NTFS mode of Qvs 11 SR1 with IIS.
All QV services are running fine & ports 4750/4730 are opened. Firewall is also OFF.

Pls suggest the possible solution to fix this issue.

I found the fix, issue occured due to low server memory.
Unfortunately 615 MB RAM was allocated for Server on cloud.
