Filtering not working as expected in access point

Hello,

I deployed a dashboard in Test earlier today. It filters the sheet by Admit type, line of business, year etc. When I deploy it in Test, the selection criteria works well as expected. But when I view it through access point and apply one of the filter, it gives me more records than expected. If I go back to the server, reload and apply the filter, data is good as expected.

No section access in this app.

Any suggestions where the disconnect is?..

What do you mean by "it works when deployed in test" and doesn't through the access point? Too vague, but my first thought tells me you are saving to test using the client and when you open it locally from test with the client it behaves well, but when you access it through the access point it does not. Still vague  and to me not possible unless different versions are being used, or expression syntax issues. Can you provide some example data/qvw that shows this, or screen shots (with proprietary blurred).

Does both the servers have the same Qlikview file?? i.e. both in the test sever and the other server your applying filters?

If yes, did you apply all the filter in both the files and check the output ...if you still face the issue please share us the screenshots so that it will be helpful for us to understand the issue

Is the selection you make in both the cases are the same ? you seem to be making 3 selection in Test and only 1 in the access point  and after reload if all works fine in Access point then is there any mismatch in what file you have deployed
