Is there any option to Enable and hide expression in Pivot chart

use Conditional check box option under Expressions
go to expression tab , check on conditional of the expression
here use: =false()
then go to presentation tab and un check the suppress zero option

you can use any type of expression like based on certain calculated condition or based on selection anything you can use.
We tried that option it is not working

Hiding Expression columns in a Pivot isn't as straightforward as in a Straight table. There are multiple workarounds to get it to work, but they all depend on what you are trying to accomplish. The example below uses Avinash R's technique to show and hide an expression by selecting its name from a list.
Another solution would be to create an artificial dimension (using ValueList() function) to automatically hide an Expression column without values
