we are not able to see internet Explorer plugin while we have installed on it.
it showing small device for one user and for remaining it is working
what may be cause
we are using qlikview 11 SR6 and its plugin

You mean for the same application only specific user is having this issue? if so, I would try uninstalling the plugin from his/her system and re-install.

I assume under the Management Console > Documents > Document > Availability you have the IE client enabled?

What is the client OS? I notice that on my Windows 8.1 laptop the option does not appear on IE in the Metro interface, but does display in the Desktop interface.

So in summary, the user in question has downloaded and installed the IE Add-in, the server is configured to allow for the IE Add-in, the user launches Internet Explorer but the option to use the Add-in is not displayed?
Does it work for other users? Is this isolated to one user? If so, what is different about this one user? Can someone else attempt to log on to that PC and load the IE - Addin with their credentials?
ya its work for other user only difference is that others are using IE 8 and he is using IE 9
