Got QVS 11.2 SR5
Today we enabled session collaboration on a document and we tried it internally at the client's intranet
the other user opens the document but when he clicks on a field the screen freezes and the one who shared the session in the first place gets a "Disconnected from server" message and he will never be able to share his session anymore as the screen keeps freezing
until the QV Server service is restarted
have you encountered such a problem?
what shall I investigate to resolve this issue?

In SR6, a problem with session collaboration randomly freezing was fixed (#67110).
In case you don't get any further community feedback, I think you better try an in-site upgrade to SR10 or contact Qlik support.
