Tunneling for QlikView 9.0 Server with QlikView Web Server

Hello,

What is the procedure for setting up Tunneling with QlikView 9.0 Server when I am using the QlikView Web Server and not using IIS.

I am going to be moving from QlikView 8.2 Server with Tunneling setup to QlikView 9.0 Server. I am going to still use the IE Plugin.
