Unable to assign user license in QlikView

Hi,

I have 2 Qlikview licenses

Named CAL - 1

Doc CAL - 1

I would like to assign Doc CAL to new users and would like to know the procedure to do that.

I have attached a screen shot of current license view.

Please Assist.

You need to assign the Doc CAL to a document. Do this on the User Documents tab. When you select a document, there will be a tab on the right for Document CALs. Enter 1 for number of CALs allocated and be sure to check Allow dynamic CAL assignment. The next user to come in besides the already assigned CAL user will be assigned the Doc CAL for that document.
