Adding Custom property through Extension

Hi All,

I am preparing a extension object which will add a default value of an already existing custom property to a particular app.

Suppose I have

App ID : 1001

Custom Property name : APP_GROUP

Default value : GENERAL

Can anyone please share any code snippet.
