Extension disappeared when upgrade QV Server 11.2 sr2 to 11.2 sr16

Hi guys, I need some help here.

I upgraded QV Server version since 11.2 sr2 to 11.2 sr16 with all the default options, after that I couldnt use extensions anymore. Looks like they have disappeared.

I checked in QMC the extension path and the extensions themselves in other computer and everything is ok.

However I cannot see any extensions using access point in Ayax mode.

Do you know how can I solve this problem?
