SVG-map, unwanted disabled areas

Hi, I recently started using the SVG-extensions and really like this.

However, I am having some issues with a svg-file called SthlmMagnified.svg. It has been used as a Qlikdemo

QlikView - Intelection 2014

When I use SthlmMagnified.svg some areas in the SVG-file are disabled even if I have data for the areas.

Se picture below, the yellow areas are disabled. It looks like something has gone wrong when the areas are drawn. But I don´t know how to fix it? Have anyone experienced the same issues?
