Full replication works but when using CDC the task fails when starting with the following error: "Error executing command. Failure upon initial CAPTURE fitness checking. Unable to continue as wrapper artifact required for DBOWNER permission does not exist".
The task is using the RDS admin account and has db_owner privileges.
I have followed the Qlik documentation for "Setting up Amazon RDS for SQL server for CDC".
