I have created few these before . But I often unable to find them. So I hope some one can share with me how you do it ?
For example I can do it by :-
1. Chart bar display sales and line display GP %
2. Pivot Table with 2 column on is sales and other GP % .
3. SET analysis table sales and GP % Table show last 3 yr data.
Which is the best ? And how you organise them . So that it can be find it Quickly.

Try like this
1. Chart bar display sales and line display GP % -- Use Combo chart, bar for sales and line for GP%
2. Pivot Table with 2 column on is sales and other GP % .
3. SET analysis table sales and GP % Table show last 3 yr data. - Sum({<Year={'>=$(=Max(Year)-3)'}>} Sales)

Many thank for your reply. My issue is not about how to create the 3 report. My issue is about org the report. As after certain period we will have many report. If not org well . It will be difficult to look for the report. So I just hope some one can share about this .
