Qlikview crash and licenses wiped from all builds, has anyone experienced this and been able to rectify it?

We are currently experiencing frequent crashes on QlikView, when it happens all allocated licenses are wiped from our QlikView builds and we have to reapply. Our support service gave the advice that if the server is constantly working on the maximum of its performance then there was a possibility that it didn't have enough resources to write back the information for the CAL's allocations (PGO) files. However we have optimised our developments and reduced reload times and are still experiencing frequent crashes. Has anyone experienced this, and know of a solution?
