If you just want IIS to not respond tp port 80, that's a different story. In that case, you need to find the site that has the binding to port 80 (I'm guessing "Default Web Site") and either stop that site or change it's port binding to something else.
But that might not be possible if you have anything in IIS that needs to be running, so that's the question really.
When it comes to port 4747, that's QVS's communication port. It is not used by IIS (and hopefully not by any web site hosted in it).
yes default web site is holding the port 80 . but when i have stopped the "World Wide Web Publishing Service"
state against Web Sites is comming as "Stopped" . So is it like that now the port 80 is free for QvWebServer to use it.
now when i am typing the URL access point is comming more frequently than before but sometime times it does not come and after a long wait it comes in a distorted way.i am attaching the screen shot.
Name resultion issues or alike. Verify by installing Fiddler (www.fiddler2.com), restart browser, re-run Accesspoint try and attach the Fiddler output here.

Also i have upgraded my QV server without installing IIS on it.But still this issue is comming
