Minimum Security Requirements for QVS 10

I have been looking for documentation regarding the minimum Security requirements for the Service Account that QVS10 uses and have not been able to locate anything.  Does anyone have that document, or can point me in the right direction?  I have found the QV9 document, but we run QV10.
