My QEMC and the QMC is empty and doesn't show any information about the system. Otherwise the system is working OK. All about 50 tasks are running every day but I can't see them. The access point on the same server is working.
Have you restard all services? Have you changed some rights, QV Admin Group, Administrators, ntfs rights or changed folder?
It's very strange but when I access the QEMC from another computer with http://computername:4780/qemc/Default.htm it works. If I try http://computername:4780/qemc/Default.htm or http://localhost:4780/qemc/Default.htm locally on the server it does not work
Yes I have restarted the services (and the server) but it didn't help. I have not chaged any rights or changed folders.
Can it be a security setting in the internet options. Internet Explorer and internet security settings have a few setting for local, intranet and domain using.

It got solved for me anyway because it was time to move the solution to a new server.
Try another browser. If you aren't on 11.20 SR5 then don't use IE 11. Make sure you have protected mode off and it is added to the trusted sites.
Add localhost to trusted sites and see if that makes a difference, additionally ensure you aren't running addons
