Hi,
I could see all the documents in QV 11 Accesspoint. but when I open any Qlikview Document it is only a white blank screen displays.
I would like to know what was causing the problem and how to fix it .
I am using QV 11 SR12

chk with ur browser compatability?
and if less upgrade ur IE version.
and restart all the system and ur Qvw and chk again.
Try checking,
Not IE plugin else try in another Browser .If issue still persists then try downloading latest version of IE plugin.
or the same server version,
You will find the plugin install in your server installation.
c:\program files\QlikView\Server\QlikViewClients\QlikViewPlugin\QvPluginSetup.exe
Could be a different path depending on how you installed the server.

I have the same problem in both Chrome and IE 11 (set to compatibility IE 10). We use QV 12 SR 4.
Does anyone have any ideas hos to solve this?

Check in your QMC -> system tab -> Setup -> Qlikview web servers -> select your select ->
Then at access point settings -> Check Full Browser and Small Device Version as Default Preferred Client

It could be Windows firewall on Your qlikview server, turn it off and see whats happens.
I have the same issue, but I have 5 dashboards, only one dashboard has this issue.
The QMC setting is correct.
