Dear All...I'm not an expert with web applications, How can I show documents through access point to clients out of domain ? Can you give me step by step instructions?
Thanks in advance for your attention!!
It depends how you server security is configured and what type of CALs you own. Do you have any secured documents? What are you using for Autorization NTFS or DMS?
The company I work for has set up an additional server in a DMZ to handle users outside the network. The security is set-up with DMS authentication and Allow Anonymous. The filewall is configured to allow access in on ports 80 and 4747 to specific domains.

Thank you Bnichol, so we are using Autorization NTFS and we have several named and document calls....but I don't know DMZ Server....there is another easy way? Please can you drive me step by step?
Are all your documents unsecured? If so, you can set Authentication to 'Never' on the QlikView Web Servers Authentication tab. Then all users could see the available applications.
On the QlikView servers set the Authentication to 'Allow Anonymous' on the security tab. Then for each document you you need to allow anonymous.
Which Server version and fix pack are you at?
Hi, actually we use DMS authorization...
we show document to our management in domain.....now we must show documents through access point to clients out of domain, How can I do ?
Actual conficguration
Authentication: Prohibit anonymous
Anonymous Account: On local computer
Release 9.0.7646.9
Thanks
What most people do for this is to set the external users up as users on the local server. Then when you do the distribution you can add the people to the document.
Can you drive me step by step? How can I do?
