Connection with SAP

Hi all,

I'm in a customer and we have the error when we try to connect the SAP:

Any idea to solve this?

it is not able to establish connection with SAP . There are couple of reason behind this error.

1) pls check whether two transport file sent properly to SAP environment.

2) check authorization of Role in SAP wheher proper role assigned or not.

3) please check the  IP and Port of SAP server is accesible from your qlikview desktop .
