Hi.
I have two tables, one master - Incomes showing my incomes by id's (my sales by item),
and i want to be able to tell each Id it's expense.
Expenses are loaded from another table.
When I bring it all together,
Each Id has it's expense. great.
But, when i want to present in a pivot, all incomes and expenses,
Expesnes which has no Incomes in the other side but i can't.
Help...

Still as you can see, the sum of expenses in the original table sums to: 36,000
and in the pivot table it sums to: 33,000.

I have one last question.
When I add an expense to a car, that had no income at all,
for example add item 2014, 01, 300, 1000 (year,month,car,expense) to expenses.
It's missing in the pivot.
what do i do, for it to show?

If you want Zero value if INCOME Missing, Goto to Presentation Tab and select 0 for Null Symbol & Missing Symbol.

I want the pivot the present car 300, automatically with the new expense.
