Different domain user cannot access the Access Point

I have a Qlikview server in Domain A. I have a User Account in this domain and I am able to access the server.

The company has a Domain B, which does not have a trust relationship with Domain A.

Domain B users are able to access Access Point but are not able to login to it, although there is a LDAP entry for Domain B in DSC.

Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks
