AJAX Client Grayed Out

Is there any reason why the AJAX client would be grayed out on the access point? IE-Plugin is available.

On the server, Documents --> Server Settings --> Access Point Access Methods, AJAX zero footprint client is checked.

And it looks like there are paths listed in System --> Setup --> QlikView Web Servers --> Access Point

So not sure what the issue could be. The access point opens and documents are available. Just the AJAX option is not.

Nevermind, I think I found the problem. The LEF file looks like it is disabling AJAX. I will take this to licensing.
