     If we want to run qlik view application on iphone why we need to use ajax zero footprint client....need to know the use of ajax?/

Latest QlikView client for mobile phones/tablets uses HTML5, that's why you need a browser to run it.

I believe the iphone client should also work but probably the newest HTML5 client works best.

On an Ipĥone , it is probably better to use the QlikView App sue to the size of the screen.

If you use an IPAD I would recommend to use Safari to access QlikView. With HTML5 , it is an amazing user experience.
