About QV users list

Hi QV Gurus,

We wanted to  remove the qlikview license for users do not login for last one/two weeks in access point so how to find out the details of users who did not login into Qlikview Access point for last one week/two weeks.

Could you please guide us on it?

From the server, you can retrieve the information manually from:

• QMC->System tab->Licenses->Select the server->CALs->Assigned CALs    (this gives you Named CAL details)
• Document->User Document->Select Document->Doc CALs

Otherwise, there are utility applications available here free : Governance Dashboard or System Monitor

i wanted to know whether user logged in or not for a set of period, whether user using access point or not.

so that i can remove license if user not using AP.

Have you browsed the places I mentioned above? You would get last login time for users there. And the applications I talked about give you what you wanted in a more flexibile way. Try it.
