Access Point app not opening in IE mode in qlikview edge

Version: QlikView 12.40 SR1

Issue:

Client company is using Access Point as IE mode of Edge.

On other PCs, when I open the app in Access Point, it opens just fine.

However, the app does not open only on a specific PC, and the screen appears like the attached image.

 

Question:

Is there anything I need to set up the app to open?

Support for IE-mode of Edge was added in 12.50 SR3.
While it might work in some scenarios on older version, there's no guarantee it will.

You can still try to make sure that Edge is configured properly.
