AccessPoint Reopens

Hi,

sometimes when we try to open an QlikView document in AccessPoint the document doesn't open. Instead a new window opens with the AccessPoint. Does anyone have similar problems?

I've not seen this issue yet but can you please make sure the other services like App Server and Management services are running properly.

Please check if you use "Same Window" option under QMC > System >  Web Server properties Open document Options.

Thanks for your reply. All Services are running properly. We use the "New Window" option.
