Adding Accumlated Sub Totals

Hello Friends,

I need help in adding accumalated sub totals.

eg: 

Item

X      01-01-2012   10

X       02-02-2012   20

         total            30

Y     03-01-2012    15

Y     08-02-2012    10

       total               55  (30+15+10)

I am using QV 10.  Let me know how i can acheive such result.

In a pivot table, you can use Chart Properties > Presentation > Show Partial Sums. See attached.

Thanks for your reply but I think you didn't get my issue. I need a accumalated total on the second one

like

A is 20

B is 40

but i want B to be displayed as 60 = 40+20
