Adding data to Data Manager error

Hi All,

Hope this finds you well. Still new to Qlik. Now, i have managed to connect through to my database seating on Ms SQL server, have picked my tables successfully, but getting error on 'Add Data', as shown below.  Any help would be highly appreciated
