I have setup some Data Alerts in the App. I can add mail recipients email addresses in the "Mail Recipients" but how can I add a User Group in this section instead of an email address.

By user group do you mean distribution list? If yes, then use it as any other email address.

What is anyway the issue, how the group you want to send looks like? A Windows AD group, local computer user group, distribution list, others?
