Align Bars in Barchart with split axis

how do I allign the bars in a Stacked Bar Chart with split Axis?

I don't think you can align these bars easily.

But you can create two separate bar charts and overlay the charts, so they look like you want.

Another option is to display the change as a stacked bar. (optional display the change% on the bar).
