Assigned CALs tab shows nothing

Our Server's User CALs are all occupied. When I tried to release some of them I found that the QMC> System > Licenses > QlikView Server > Client Access Licenses (CALs) > Assign CALs tab returns nothing. It didn't show the User Names as it appears in our other lower QV environments. any suggestions. thanks in advancee.

You might have corrupt pgo files.
You can save them as xml, and check if you are able to read the assignments there:
https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Reading-PGO-contents-and-CAL-assignments-PGO...

Then it might be worth deleting the pgo and recreating the assignments according to the xml.

It's not possible to do that. The workaround  is to use the xml file as a reference for recreating the assignments in the QMC.

Hi @Daniele_Purrone  thanks so much for your answer. is it possible to modify the CAL PGO file. if we convert that to xml then how do we save it back to .dat file so that the Server can take the updated file. Please let me know if there is way. thanks.
