Assigning User CAL in QVS 11

Hello,

I'm trying to assign some users in QVS 11. I'm in the Licences tab... Then Assigned CAL's tab. And when I click in the little users icon I'm not able to search the domain.

The server is in the domain, I'm signing in with and Domain Admin and Local Admin.

What can be happening? is the second time this week that I have to deal with this issue.

As temporary cure, I'm using dynamic assign CAL.

I'll be glad to find the answer!

Hi Juan,

Have you checked that the Directory Services Connectors are correctly set up? Are you able to find a user in the QMC in the Users tab?

I've checked that... It was the LDAP connector that I forgot about!!!
