Automatic Refresh While the model is open

Hello Everyone,

I've created a callcentre model displaying a 'Live Dashboard'. I need to Automate the refresh in that model while the model is open. I need to do this without seeing the refresh progression. So basically what i want to see is every 5 minutes or so the values on the page ticking over without doing anything.

I don't know if this is possible at all, if it is it would be great. Can anyone help me out here??

This is exactly what I need too, automatic refresh on Sales / Call activity for a call centre, but this link now appears dead?
