Bar Chart by Max Deployedate wise FullUser

Hi I have some data on behalf of SubcompanyEntity wise FullUser Information with deploydate.

Now I want a bar chart  SubcompanyEntity wise Max of Deployedate wise Sum of FullUser.

It Is giving me one output.

But I have 9 SubcompanyEntity.

=Sum({<[DeployedDate  ] = {"=max([DeployedDate  ]"}>} NoOfLicense)

Attached Out is not correct - I use the same - =Sum({<[DeployedDate  ] = {"=max([DeployedDate  ]"}>} NoOfLicense)
